Our hope is that every woman at BRCC is a Woman Who Ministers. Our desire is that there would be no dividing line between those who serve and those who are served, that each of us would make time together in daily activities to love, fellowship, pray, and encourage one another in the hopes that we can "become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ." Eph 4:15-16 states, "Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work." If we function as a healthy body, ideally, each woman will love and be loved through Christ. We do not claim to do this perfectly, but we strive to live "lives worthy of the calling we have received" by loving the Lord and loving our neighbor.
